Volunteering your time and talent has tremendous impact on the overall Ruffing experience for each child and family.

Ruffing relies on volunteers to help coordinate our many social and fundraising efforts. Through the Development & Alumni Relations office, volunteers assist with the Annual Fund, Alumni events, the Spring Benefit and Grandparents’ & Special Persons’ Day. If you are interested in volunteering for these efforts, please contact Ashley Gelman, Director of Development & Alumni Relations.

Through Ruffing’s Parent Association, volunteer opportunities include assisting with parent gatherings, class events, Ruffing’s Speaker Series, the annual Pumpkin Party, International Day and The Great Kids’ Race. To volunteer for any of these community events, please contact Sydnia De Franco.

Helping Hands is a parent volunteer organization dedicated to the support of the teachers and staff at Ruffing Montessori School. Volunteers have helped laminate posters, flash cards, book covers and student artwork so they can be enjoyed and displayed for all. They have also assembled furniture and sorted inventory.

If you are interested in volunteering, please call 216-321-7571 for more information.
